Ingredients

  • Butter without salt | 2.00 tbsp
  • Onions raw | 0.25 cup, chopped
  • Blue crab, cooked | 8.00 oz
  • Spices, curry powder | 0.25 tsp
  • Drinking tap water | 0.25 cup 8 fl oz
  • Broccoli, boiled, drained, with salt | 2.00 cup, chopped
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Lemon juice, raw | 0.50 fl oz
  • Cream, fluid, half and half | 2.00 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven at 400 degrees F.
  2. Grease 1 qt casserole and put cooked broccoli in bottom.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Melt butter and saute onion.
  5. Add curry powder and salt.
  6. Gradually stir in cream and water mixture.
  7. Cook til thickened (may have to add thickener).
  8. Add lemon juice and crab.
  9. Pour over broccoli.
  10. Bake in a pre-heated oven for 35 minutes.
