  • Home prepared, chicken stock | 2.50 cup

  1. Beat the egg whites; make corn flour paste by adding little water in the corn flour; sliver the crab meat and mix with the ginger. Now add the milk and corn flour paste to the beaten egg and whisk together until smooth.

  2. Then blend the crab meat in the egg mixture. Bring the chicken stock to boil in the wok and then put the sweet corn and boil the mixture again. Then add the crab and egg mixture, stir, seasoning and stir until the mixture is well blended.
