Ingredients

  • Canned chicken broth, condensed | 1.75 cup
  • Cornstarch | 4.00 tbsp
  • Poultry seasoning | 1.00 tsp
  • Roasted skinless chicken breast | 0.75 cup, chopped or diced
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Canned milk, eveporated, with vitamin A | 12.00 fl oz
  • Mixed vegetables, frozen, boiled, drained, without salt | 1.00 cup
  • Brown rice, long grain, cooked | 2.00 cup

Instructions

  1. Take a large pot, put in the chicken broth and evaporated milk to boil.
  2. Dissolve cornstarch and poultry seasoning with 4 tablespoons of water then mix in the boiling chicken mixture.
  3. Now add mixed vegetables and cooked chicken to it. Stir constantly then reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. Lastly, add cooked rice, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and serve.
