- Take a large pot, put in the chicken broth and evaporated milk to boil.
- Dissolve cornstarch and poultry seasoning with 4 tablespoons of water then mix in the boiling chicken mixture.
- Now add mixed vegetables and cooked chicken to it. Stir constantly then reduce heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- Lastly, add cooked rice, season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well and serve.
