Creamy Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

  • Granulated sugar | 2.00 cup
  • Butter without salt | 1.00 tbsp
  • Canned milk, eveporated, with vitamin A | 7.00 fl oz
  • heavy whipping cream | 7.00 fl oz
  • Peanut butter, smooth, no salt | 1.00 cup

Instructions

  1. Combine sugar, butter, and milk in heavy saucepan and cook to soft stage (238 degree F).
  2. Remove from heat, add fresh cream and peanut butter.stir vigorously.
  3. Pour into buttered 9-inch square pan,cool tin refrigerate till firm.
  4. Cut and make small square pieces.
  5. Serve chilled.
