  • Olive oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Drinking tap water | 1.50 cup 8 fl oz
  • Avocados, raw, Florida | 1.00 fruit without skin and seeds
  • Soy sauce made from soy tamari | 1.00 tsp
  • Spinach, raw | 2.00 cup
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Red wine vinegar | 1.00 tsp
  • Cayenne pepper | 0.13 tsp

Instructions

  1. Crush the garlic and grind the red pepper first. Put the spinach along with tamari soy sauce in a bowl for 15 minutes. Add spinach, avocado, warm water, olive oil, crushed garlic, vinegar ground pepper and salt in a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth and bright green.
  2. Pour the soup to the serving bowl and enjoy Creamy Spinach Soup at once.
