Ingredients

  • Butter without salt | 1.00 tbsp
  • Brown sugar | 1.00 tbsp packed
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.25 tsp
  • Cooking spray | 1.00 spray , about 1/3 second 1 NLEA serving
  • Bananas, raw | 2.00 large 8" to 8-7/8" long
  • Peanuts raw | 0.25 cup

Instructions

  1. Peel bananas; cut each banana lengthwise in half, chop peanuts and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 350*F. In a small bowl, melt butter in the microwave for just 45 seconds.
  3. Stir in brown sugar and cinnamon until well blended. Coat a 9 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
  4. Place cut-side down of bananas in baking tray. Brush with some brown sugar mixture; sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
  5. Place in oven and bake for maximum 20 minutes, or until bananas are lightly browned. Serve warm.
