  • Chicken vegetable soup, condensed | 1.50 cup
  • Spring onions | 2.00 large
  • Cucumber, peeled, raw | 3.00 medium
  • Lemon juice, raw | 1.00 tbsp
  • Lemon peel, raw | 1.00 tsp
  • Salt | 1.00 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.50 tsp, ground
  • Sour cream, reduced fat | 0.50 cup

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the scallions; cut the cucumbers, deseed and chop them. Now put together the scallions, cucumber, lemon peel, lemon juice, vegetable soup, salt and pepper in a blender. Process the mixture until puree.
