Ingredients

  • Cucumber, with peel, raw | 2.00 cucumber 8-1/4"
  • Onions raw | 1.00 medium 2-1/2" dia
  • Lemon juice, raw | 6.00 tsp
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 2.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Powdered sugar | 0.50 tsp
  • Fresh dill weed | 0.25 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the onion and cucumbers.Mix cucumbers and onions together.
