Ingredients

  • Spices, curry powder | 1.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 0.25 tsp
  • English walnuts | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 0.50 cup 8 fl oz
  • Mayonnaise dressing, no cholesterol | 0.50 cup
  • Apples, raw, with skin | 0.50 cup slices
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 tsp, ground
  • Roasted whole skinless turkey | 2.00 cup, chopped or diced

Instructions

  1. First roughly chop the sliced apples.
  2. Toast the walnuts in pre-heated oven at 350 degrees for 5 minutes untill they are fragrant, chop them roughly.
  3. In a large bowl, prepare the dressing by adding yogurt, mayonnaise,curry powder, honey and pinch od alt and pepper.
  4. Into this dressing, add in the cooked turkey, apples and toasted walnuts.
