Ingredients

  • Egg, white, raw | 1.00 large
  • Powdered sugar | 0.50 cup sifted
  • English walnuts | 0.25 cup, chopped
  • Almonds | 0.25 cup, ground
  • Dates, deglet noor | 0.50 cup, chopped

Instructions

  1. Slowly beat powdered sugar with egg white until stiff.
  2. Stir in the walnuts, almonds and dates.
  3. Drop onto a lightly greased baking sheet using a table-spoon.
  4. Bake at 300 F until lightly browned, for about 20 minutes.
  5. Bring out and let cool.
  6. Cut into squares, serve immediately or lightly chilled.
