  • Dry roasted almonds, no salt | 4.00 oz
  • Cream cheese | 8.00 oz
  • Medjool dates | 24.00 date, pitted
  • Orange juice, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Orange peel, raw | 1.50 tsp

  1. Chop almonds and keep aside. Taking a sharp knife cut every date along the length and then pit it. Using a small bowl add cream cheese with orange juice and orange peel. Mix well.
  2. Put all mixture in a pastry bag fixed with a plain tip. Put a line of the mixture in every date and then garnish it with almonds. Serve when ready.
