  • Cocoa powder without sugar | 2.66 tbsp
  • Butter without salt | 1.50 tbsp
  • Semi sweet chocolate | 0.50 oz approx 60 pcs
  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, unbleached | 5.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 0.13 tsp
  • Egg, white, raw | 1.00 large
  • Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares | 0.13 cup, grated

  1. Chop the chocolate.
  2. Preheat the oven at a temperature of 350°F. Take 4 ramekin dishes, coat them with the cooking spray and scatter over the 0.75 tsp of the sugar into each ramekin dish, and then set them aside for further use.
  3. Take a small saucepan, put together the sugar, milk and cocoa powder in it, and stir well to combine. Heat, bring to boil, cook for 30 seconds until the sugar dissolves. Put the pan away from the heat, then put the butter and 0.5 oz semi-sweet chocolate in the pan, stir until the chocolate melts, set aside for 10 minutes to cool.
  4. Now put the vanilla, flour, egg and salt to the chocolate mixture, stir. Place 2 tbsp of the chocolate mixture into each ramekin dish and top with 2 tsp of the chocolate chips. Now spoon the remaining chocolate mixture equally among the ramekin dishes.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes, set aside for 10 minutes to cool. Invert onto plates. Serve 'Decadent Chocolate Recipe' warm.
