Ingredients

  • Medjool dates | 6.00 date, pitted
  • Figs, dried, uncooked | 6.00 fig
  • Dried apricots, uncooked | 12.00 half
  • Seedless golden raisins | 0.50 cup, packed
  • Dry roasted pecans, no salt | 4.00 oz
  • Pumpkin pie spice | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, cardamom | 0.25 tsp, ground
  • Orange juice, raw | 0.25 cup
  • Powdered sugar | 0.25 cup sifted

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients except sugar in a large food processor, start out pulsing then on high for about 1 minute or until 1 large ball is formed.
  2. Separate the ball into smaller pieces and put back into the food processor, pulse again until 1 ball forms again.
  3. Take small amounts (about the size of a large marble) and roll lightly in your hand then in the powdered sugar, place on waxed paper and refrigerate fo 1 hour.
  4. Continue with the remainder of fruit paste.
  5. Makes about 40 depending on the size ball.
