  • Skinless duck breast, raw | 4.00 breast, bone and skin removed
  • Cabbage, raw | 2.50 cup, shredded
  • Leeks, raw | 2.00 cup
  • Orange peel, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Oyster sauce | 6.00 tbsp
  • Toasted sesame seeds, no salt | 0.13 oz

  1. Heat a large wok, place duck breasts in it and cook to dry its water for about 5 minutes on each side.
  2. Put the duck breast on a cutting board and cut slices out of it. Remove 1 tbsp of its fat and discard the remaining.
  3. Now add leeks, orange peel and cabbage to the wok and stir-fry for 5 minutes to soften the vegetables.
  4. Add duck breast back to the wok with vegetables and cook for 3 minutes while stirring continuously.
  5. Pour oyster sauce into the wok, mix well and heat until cooked through.
  6. Sprinkle sesame seeds and serve hot.
