  • Flaxseed | 1.00 tbsp, ground

  • Seedless golden raisins | 0.25 cup not packed
  • Powdered sugar | 1.00 cup unsifted
  • Oil, sunflower, linoleic less than 60% | 0.25 cup
  • Whole grain wheat flour | 1.00 cup
  • Semolina | 1.00 cup
  • Spices, nutmeg, ground | 0.25 tsp
  • Low sodium baking powder | 0.50 tsp

  1. Combine flax seed powder and 3 tbsp of water; set aside for a while. Meanwhile, sieve the semolina and then combine it with the flour, sugar, raisins, nutmeg and baking powder.
  2. Now ladle the oil in the flour mixture follow with the flax seed mixture. Then mix them thoroughly. For binding the dough; add 2 tbsp of water. Make the balls from the batter and flatten them.
  3. Place the flatten balls on a greased baking tray. Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes at 150?C until the cookies become golden brown.
