  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified | 0.75 cup
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 2.00 tbsp
  • Granulated sugar | 0.50 serving packet
  • Apple(s) without skin, raw | 6.00 cup slices
  • Brown sugar | 0.50 cup packed
  • Butter without salt | 0.50 cup

  1. Put the apples in a greased 8-inch square baking dish.
  2. Blend the granulated sugar and the cinnamon whilst stirring thoroughly.
  3. Dust over the cinnamon-sugar blend over the apples.
  4. Mix the flour, dark brown sugar, butter and vanilla. Mix constantly to get a somewhat smooth crumbly mixture.
  5. Evenly spread this over the sugared apples.
  6. Transfer the apple crisp to 350°F oven for 45 minutes. Your crisp should be golden and your apples, soft.
  7. Enjoy your Apple Crisp nice and warm, topped with vanilla ice cream.
