- Chop the onions, and crush garlic cloves. Thinly slice asparagus and set aside.
- Place onion and olive oil in a large pot and sauté for 5 minutes. Then place the asparagus, tarragon, garlic, chicken broth, salt and pepper in a pot and cook for 15 minutes, stirring continuously.
