  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified | 1.25 cup
  • Brown sugar | 0.50 cup packed
  • Granulated sugar | 6.00 tbsp
  • Egg, whole, raw | 1.00 small
  • Reduced fat milk with added vitamin A and D | 2.00 tbsp
  • Baking chocolate, unsweetened, squares | 1.50 cup, grated

  1. Heat the oven at a temperature of 350?F. Take 2 baking dish; line them with the parchment paper. In a bowl; sift flour, baking soda and salt. Mix together the butter, brown sugar and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Then add the egg, milk and vanilla in the butter mixture and whisk well. Now add this mixture to the flour mixture and beat until well blended. Put the chocolate chips and mix to low speed. Let refrigerate for 15 minutes.
  3. Drop teaspoons of dough 2-inches apart on to baking sheet. Place in the oven and bake for 10 minutes until the edges are golden brown. Let cool on the wire rack completely.
  4. Serve Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies with the tea or coffee.
