  • Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, enriched, calcium-fortified | 2.00 tbsp
  • Butter without salt | 2.00 tbsp
  • Onions raw | 1.00 medium 2-1/2" dia
  • Salt | 1.50 tsp
  • Sauce, worcestershire | 1.00 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.25 tsp, ground
  • Whole milk | 2.50 cup
  • Baked white potatoes | 3.00 potato medium 2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia
  • Canned white corn, whole kernel, drained solids | 2.00 cup
  • Cannned corned beef | 12.00 oz
  • Buttermilk waffles | 12.00 waffle, square

  1. Chop the onion; make cubes of the potatoes; crush biscuits.
  2. Cook the onion in melted butter in a large sauce pan. Cook at medium heat until the onions soften. Take off from heat.
  3. Initially, add in the flour, Worcestershire sauce and the salt & pepper whilst stirring in the saucepan. Then pour in the milk as well.
  4. Bring this to boil. Cook and stir simultaneously for a few minutes. After this is done, add the potatoes and corned beef too!
  5. Pour this out on a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Insert this into the oven at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. It should start bubbling.
  6. Once that happens, lay the biscuits on top and bake for 10 minutes more. The biscuits should turn golden brown.
