Ingredients

  • Cucumber, with peel, raw | 1.00 cucumber 8-1/4"
  • Hot green chilli peppers, raw | 1.00 pepper
  • Granulated sugar | 1.00 tsp
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 1.00 oz
  • Lemon juice, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. Vertically cut the cucumber into thin slices and arrange them on a serving platter.
  2. Chop green chili and coriander nicely. Randomly sprinkle chopped chili on cucumber slices.
  3. Allow it to chill in refrigerator for an hour.
  4. Till then, prepare the dressing by mixing lemon juice, salt, sugar and chopped coriander.
  5. Now pour the dressing on chilled cucumber.
  6. Garnish with red sweet pepper strips and mint leaves.
