- Place heavy cream, salt and pepper together with the eggs in a small bowl; beat them together. Take an 8-inch skillet, heat the butter and then ladle 3 tbsp of the egg mixture. Spin around until the mixture coats the bottom of the pan.
- Cook the batter until set but still not browned. Then turn around and cook the other side. Transfer to the serving plates and serve Easy Eggs Crepes at once.
