  • Pepper, serrano, raw | 1.00 pepper
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 1.00 oz
  • Lime juice, raw | 1.00 tbsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 0.50 medium whole 2-3/5" dia
  • Onions raw | 0.50 cup, chopped

  1. Remove the stem and seeds of the chili, and then mince the chilies; finely chop the coriander leaves; remove the seeds and pulp of the tomatoes and then chop them; Cut the avocado in half and then remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh and then mash it.
  2. Now add the onions, lime juice, cilantro and seasoning to the mashed avocado. Mash them more. Now add the chili according to your taste.
  3. Cover with the plastic wrap and then refrigerate until ready. Then just before serving put the tomatoes in the guacamole and mix them well.
  4. Serve with tortilla chips.
