- Remove the stem and seeds of the chili, and then mince the chilies; finely chop the coriander leaves; remove the seeds and pulp of the tomatoes and then chop them; Cut the avocado in half and then remove the seeds. Scoop out the flesh and then mash it.
- Now add the onions, lime juice, cilantro and seasoning to the mashed avocado. Mash them more. Now add the chili according to your taste.
- Cover with the plastic wrap and then refrigerate until ready. Then just before serving put the tomatoes in the guacamole and mix them well.
- Serve with tortilla chips.
