Ingredients

  • Cheddar cheese | 4.00 oz
  • Enchilada sauce | 0.50 cup
  • Skinless chicken breast, raw | 2.00 breast, bone and skin removed
  • Spring onions | 3.00 medium 4-1/8" long
  • CAMPBELL dry taco seasoning mix | 0.25 tbsp 1 serving

Instructions

  1. Chop the scallions. Place the chicken pieces in a plate and sprinkle over the taco seasoning on both sides.
  2. Grill the chicken pieces until done. Then cut the chicken into cubes and put them in a greased 8x8-inch baking dish. Ladle the enchilada sauce and seasoning over the chicken cubes and toss them to coat.
