  • Dried pine nuts | 0.25 cup
  • Cheese, parmesan, grated | 3.00 tbsp
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Fresh basil | 2.00 cup leaves, whole

  1. Take a food processor and put garlic, Parmesan cheese, pine nuts and basil leaves, also season according to taste and then process till blended properly cleaning sides of processor two times.
  2. While machine is processing slowly put oil in feed tube in a stable flow till all oil is included, the sauce will thickened at this point. Add 1 to 2 tbsp of hot water and blend a little more. Then refrigerate it. It can be used for 3 days.
