  • Egg, whole, raw | 2.00 small
  • Onions raw | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Grass-fed beef ground, raw | 2.00 lb
  • Mozzerella cheese, no fat | 0.50 cup, shredded
  • Cheese, parmesan, grated | 1.00 oz
  • Spices, garlic powder | 1.00 tsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Butter without salt | 2.00 tbsp

Instructions
