  • Canola oil | 2.00 tbsp
  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 0.50 tsp
  • Toasted sunflower seeds | 0.50 cup
  • Wheat germ, crude | 0.50 cup
  • Shredded coconut meat | 1.00 cup, shredded
  • Quick Oats, Dry, cereal | 2.00 cup

  1. Heat oven to 300°F, In a large bowl combine oats, coconut, wheat germ, sunflower seeds and cinnamon.
  2. Heat honey and oil in microwave on high for 30 seconds or just until syrupy.
  3. Drizzle over oats mixture and stir until mixture is evenly coated, spread onto a greased 15 x 10-inch jelly roll pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown, stirring several times, then remove from oven and add raisins while still hot.
  5. Cool completely and store in a tightly covered container up to 1 week.
