  1. Heat the oven to 300°F. Take a skillet and heat oil in it. Cut 12 circles from bread slices with a cookie cutter (almost 2-inch round). Fry the bread until golden. Take a baking tray and arrange bread circles on it.
  2. Take fresh oil in the same pan draining off the previous one, fry bacon for 4 minutes, until golden brown. After frying, place pieces of bacon on each bread circle.
  3. Wash the skillet and add fresh oil to cook quail eggs. Break every egg on the heated oil and cook it for around 2 minutes. Remove each egg gently from the skillet and place it on bacon. Repeat this procedure until all bread circles are arranged.
  4. Place these circles in oven until you can serve it. Slice cherry tomatoes in quarters. Before serving, place cherry tomato piece and parsley leaf on top.
