Ingredients

  • Watermelon, raw | 1.00 melon 15" long x 7-1/2" dia
  • Apples, raw, with skin | 2.00 medium 3" dia
  • Lime juice, raw | 2.00 tbsp
  • Kiwifruit, gold, raw | 2.00 fruit
  • Starfruit, raw | 1.00 medium 3-5/8" long

Instructions

  1. Peel, de-seed and dice the melon. Core and slice apples, slice the kiwifruit and star fruit.
  2. Take a large bowl, put lime juice and honey in it.
  3. Mix well then add apple slices in it and toss to coat.
  4. Then stir in the melon, star fruit and kiwi fruit.
  5. Then place in a glass serving dish.
  6. Garnish with mint sprigs and serve with yogurt.
