- Put together coconut, walnuts, dates, granola, brown sugar, raisins, flour and wheat germ in a large bowl.
- Combine butter, cinnamon, honey, salt and vanilla in a small bowl. Mix together both mixture and then stir until completely moistened. In prepared pan press the mixture.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 13*9*2-inch baking pan with foil. With cooking spray, coat the foil lightly.
- Bake the mixture for 25 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. Using foil, lift cookies from pan. Cut them into bars.
