- Chop garlic cloves, onion and parsley. Set them aside. Take cold water in a bowl and add chickpeas in it. Make sure that water covers the chickpeas completely and let it soak for entire night.
- Take a saucepan and boil water then add chickpeas. Boil chickpeas for 5 minutes then let it cook for an hour on medium flame. When cooked properly, drain the chickpeas and let them cool.
- Add garlic, coriander, cumin, chickpeas, flour and season it according to your taste. Mix them well then mash chickpeas in it forming a thick paste.
- Make small balls of the mixture and fry them in oil using frying pan. Fry the balls for at least 5 minutes until golden. Serve when ready.
