Ingredients

  • Drinking tap water | 1.00 tbsp
  • Spices, saffron | 0.50 tsp
  • Yogurt, plain, whole milk | 1.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Chives, raw | 10.00 bunch
  • Fresh basil | 10.00 leaves
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, pour a tbsp of hot water, add saffron strands and let them infuse for 3 minutes.
  2. In another bowl, beat the low-fat yogurt, add saffron mixture and mix well till smooth.
  3. Chop chives and tear basil leaves, add into yogurt, mix well.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled!
