  • Dried walnuts | 0.33 cup, chopped
  • Pecans | 0.33 cup, chopped
  • Shredded coconut meat | 0.75 cup, shredded
  • Medjool dates | 20.00 date, pitted
  • Seedless golden raisins | 0.50 cup, packed
  • Cocoa | 2.00 serving 3 heaping tsp or 1 envelope
  • Dry roasted sunflower seeds, no salt | 0.50 cup

  1. Firstly takeout the seeds from the dates and keep them aside.
  2. Put the walnuts, pecans and the sunflower seeds in a food processor (or blender). Blend until finely ground, then add cocoa.
  3. If you have a food processor, then you can add the dates and raisins right to the mix. If you are using a blender, these may just get stuck! So, I would reccomend chopping them seperately.
  4. Remove contents from food processor and add honey. Mix all ingredients together and stir well.
  5. This recipe will make 25 small balls. One serving is one ball.
  6. Roll the balls in shredded coconut.
  7. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
