- 1 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup mini semisweet chocolate chips
- Preheat oven to 350F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine peanut butter and sugar in a large bowl until smooth. Add egg whites and baking soda, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips. Scoop cookie dough and place 11/2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake until puffed and a golden pale, about 10 minutes.
- Cool cookies on baking sheet about 2 minutes and then transfer with spatula to rack to cool. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for 5 days.
