Ingredients

  • Lime juice, raw | 0.50 tbsp
  • Fruit yogurt, non fat | 0.50 cup 8 fl oz
  • Sweetened pineapple chunks | 0.50 cup, chunks
  • Strawberries, raw | 0.50 cup, halves
  • Kiwifruit, green, raw | 1.00 fruit 2" dia
  • Bananas, raw | 1.00 medium 7" to 7-7/8" long
  • Seedless grapes, raw | 6.00 grapes

Instructions

  1. Firstly, peel and dice the kiwi fruit, then peel the banana and cut into 1/2 inch chunks.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, and lime juice. Cover and refrigerate until needed.
  3. Thread 1 of each fruit onto the skewer.
  4. Repeat with the other skewers until the fruit is gone.
  5. Serve with the lemony fruit yogurt.
