  • Palm kernel oil | 1.00 tablespoon
  • Spices, garlic powder | 1.00 tsp
  • Tomato juice, no salt | 1.00 cup
  • Frozen mix vegetables | 3.00 package 10 oz
  • Brown rice, medium grain, cooked | 2.00 cup
  • Skinless chicken breast, raw | 1.00 cup breast, bone and skin removed
  • Pickled radishes | 0.25 cup
  • Soy sauce made from hydrolyzed vegetable protein | 1.00 tbsp
  • Sesame oil | 0.50 tablespoon

  1. Cut chicken into small pieces, set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a large wok or sauté pan. Add garlic, cook for a minute over medium flame until soft but not browned.
  3. Add tomatoes, and continue to cook until they become slightly dry, about 5 minutes. Add mix vegetables and cook until heated through for at least 5 minutes.
  4. Add rice, chicken and pickled radishes. Toss well, and cook until heated through for maximum 7 minutes. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss to combine then shift to a serving platter and serve to all at once.
