- Cut chicken into small pieces, set aside.
- Heat oil in a large wok or sauté pan. Add garlic, cook for a minute over medium flame until soft but not browned.
- Add tomatoes, and continue to cook until they become slightly dry, about 5 minutes. Add mix vegetables and cook until heated through for at least 5 minutes.
- Add rice, chicken and pickled radishes. Toss well, and cook until heated through for maximum 7 minutes. Add soy sauce and sesame oil. Toss to combine then shift to a serving platter and serve to all at once.
