  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Sesame oil | 0.13 tsp
  • Spring onions | 2.00 small 3" long

  1. Beat the egg; thinly slice the scallions. Heat the wok and then heat the oil in it. Ladle the egg and sauce, stir and then cook until just set.
  2. Now put the peas and rice in the wok and stir to coat with the egg mixture. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Then put seasoning and sesame oil.
