- Beat the egg; thinly slice the scallions. Heat the wok and then heat the oil in it. Ladle the egg and sauce, stir and then cook until just set.
- Now put the peas and rice in the wok and stir to coat with the egg mixture. Cook for 3 minutes while stirring continuously. Then put seasoning and sesame oil.
- Transfer to the serving dish and then scatter over the scallions. Serve 'Fried Rice Recipe' at once.
