  • Strawberries, raw | 1.00 cup, sliced
  • Orange juice, raw | 0.50 cup
  • Low fat vanilla yogurt | 1.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Milk, lowfat, with added nonfat milk solids, vitamin A and vitamin D | 1.50 cup
  • Protien powder | 2.00 tbsp

Instructions
