- Peel and then cut the banana into bite-size pieces; core and slice the apple; peel the watermelon and melon, remove the seeds and then cut them into small chunks. Preheat the grill at high and then line rack with foil.
- Brush the apple and banana with the lemon juice. Then arrange the apple, banana, melon and strawberries onto 4 kebabs.
- Place the kebabs on the rack, drizzle with the honey and then grill for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm.
