  • Bananas, raw | 1.00 large 8" to 8-7/8" long
  • Apples, raw, with skin | 0.50 medium 3" dia
  • Lemon juice, raw | 1.00 tbsp
  • Watermelon, raw | 1.00 wedge approx 1/16 of melon
  • Melons, cantaloupe, raw | 1.00 wedge, large 1/8 of large melon
  • Strawberries, raw | 8.00 medium 1-1/4" dia

  1. Peel and then cut the banana into bite-size pieces; core and slice the apple; peel the watermelon and melon, remove the seeds and then cut them into small chunks. Preheat the grill at high and then line rack with foil.
  2. Brush the apple and banana with the lemon juice. Then arrange the apple, banana, melon and strawberries onto 4 kebabs.
  3. Place the kebabs on the rack, drizzle with the honey and then grill for 6 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
  4. Serve warm.
