- Peel then chop the orange and kiwifruit along with strawberries. De-seed then finely chop the jalapeno pepper and keep aside.
- Toss together kiwifruit, pineapple, strawberries, orange, green onion, sweet pepper, lime juice, and jalapeno pepper (if desired) in a medium bowl.
- Cover and let chill for 6 to 24 hours in refrigerator. Serve Fruit Salsa with chips or as you like!
