- Half, stone and slice peaches and apricots. In a gratin dish, place berries, peaches and apricots. Beat sour cream and cream cheese, and spread over the fruits.
- Put together cinnamon and sour cream and then sprinkle over the gratin to cover the surface and then cook on preheated grill for 6 minutes or until the sugar is caramelized.
- Let cool for few minutes before serving.
