Ingredients

  • Spices, cinnamon, ground | 1.00 tsp
  • Apricots, raw | 6.00 apricot
  • Peaches, raw | 4.00 medium 2-2/3" dia
  • Blueberries, raw | 6.00 oz
  • Brown sugar | 3.00 tbsp packed
  • Cream cheese, low fat | 1.00 cup
  • Sour cream, reduced fat | 1.00 cup

Instructions

  1. Half, stone and slice peaches and apricots. In a gratin dish, place berries, peaches and apricots. Beat sour cream and cream cheese, and spread over the fruits.
  2. Put together cinnamon and sour cream and then sprinkle over the gratin to cover the surface and then cook on preheated grill for 6 minutes or until the sugar is caramelized.
  3. Let cool for few minutes before serving.
