- Place the 12 ramekin dishes on a baking tray. Put together the yogurt and orange rind in a large bowl. Cut the strawberries in half, if large.
- Add the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in a yogurt mixture. Now spoon the mixture into the ramekin dishes. Let refrigerate for 2 hours or until just frozen.
- Decorate with the fruit and mint sprigs. Serve.
