  • Strawberries, raw | 3.00 NLEA serving
  • Blueberries, raw | 3.00 oz
  • Orange peel, raw | 1.50 tbsp
  • Low fat yogurt | 2.00 cup 8 fl oz
  • Raspberries, raw | 0.13 cup

Instructions

  1. Place the 12 ramekin dishes on a baking tray. Put together the yogurt and orange rind in a large bowl. Cut the strawberries in half, if large.
  2. Add the strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in a yogurt mixture. Now spoon the mixture into the ramekin dishes. Let refrigerate for 2 hours or until just frozen.
  3. Decorate with the fruit and mint sprigs. Serve.
