Ingredients

  • Corn pasta | 16.00 oz
  • Carrots, raw | 0.50 cup strips or slices
  • Celery, raw | 2.00 stalk, medium 7-1/2" - 8" long
  • Sweet Green peppers, raw | 0.50 cup, chopped
  • Cucumber, peeled, raw | 0.50 cup, sliced
  • Tomatoes, orange, raw | 2.00 tomato
  • Onions raw | 0.25 cup, chopped
  • Italian salad dressing reduced fat | 2.00 cup
  • Cheese, parmesan, grated | 0.50 cup

Instructions

  1. Chop the celery.Dice the tomatoes.
  2. Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water until desired texture is reached. Rinse under cold water, and drain.
  3. Mix chopped cucumber, carrots, celery, green pepper, onion, and tomatoes all in a large bowl.
  4. Combine cold pasta and vegetables in large bowl. Pour dressing over pasta and vegetables. Add Parmesan cheese and mix.
  5. Chill for an hour, then serve.
