Ingredients

  • Butter without salt | 3.00 tbsp
  • Orange peel, raw | 1.00 tsp
  • Tomatoes, red, raw | 4.00 plum tomato
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 Tbsp

Instructions

  1. Crush garlic clove and cut tomatoes into four quarters.
  2. Soften the butter with a spoon then blend with garlic, orange rind and seasoning. Leave for few minutes to chill.
  3. Preheat the oven to 400?F.
  4. Arrange tomatoes in an ovenproof dish and spread the butter equally over each tomato half.
  5. Bake the tomatoes for 25 minutes or until just tender.
  6. Sprinkle over the basil leaves and serve.
