Garlic Lime Chicken

Ingredients

  • Skinless chicken breast, raw | 1.00 unit yield from 1 lb chicken
  • Soy sauce made from soy and wheat shoyu, low sodium | 0.50 cup
  • Lime juice, raw | 0.25 cup
  • Sauce, worcestershire | 1.00 tbsp
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 Tbsp
  • Mustard, prepared, yellow | 0.50 tsp or 1 packet
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.50 tsp, ground
  • Spices, paprika | 0.50 tsp

Instructions

  1. Rinse chicken with cold water and pat dry with paper towels. Place in recloseable plastic bag.
  2. Mix together soy sauce, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, paprika and mustard.
  3. Pour over chicken in bag.
  4. Close bag and toss to coat well.
  5. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
  6. Drain chicken; reserve leftover marinade.
  7. Sprinkle chicken with blackpepper.
  8. Now spray a baking dish with cooking oil spray and arrange chicken pieces.
  9. Bake in a pre-heated at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes and then basting with the left over marinade.
  10. Again bake for another 30 minutes untill the chicken is done and juices run clear from the chicken pieces.
