Ingredients

  • White potatoes, raw | 4.00 potato medium 2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia
  • Garlic, raw | 1.33 Tbsp
  • Spices, thyme, dried | 1.33 tbsp, ground
  • Olive oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Spices, rosemary, dried | 0.75 tsp
  • Salt | 0.50 tsp
  • Spices, pepper, black | 0.50 tsp, ground
  • Low fat milk, with vitamin A and D | 1.00 cup
  • Cream, fluid, half and half | 1.00 fl oz

Instructions

  1. Remove the head of the garlic cloves and place them in an oven-proof dish.
  2. Bake the garlic cloves in a pre-heated oven at 250 degreed F, for 40 minutes or untill garlics are soft.
  3. Boil th potatoes, when tender peel them off, and mash completely.
  4. Now in the mashed potatoes add, the softened garlic, rosemary, thyme, oilve oil and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add in the milk just enough to make the right consistency.
  6. FInally add in the half and half cream.
  7. Mix well.
