- Remove the head of the garlic cloves and place them in an oven-proof dish.
- Bake the garlic cloves in a pre-heated oven at 250 degreed F, for 40 minutes or untill garlics are soft.
- Boil th potatoes, when tender peel them off, and mash completely.
- Now in the mashed potatoes add, the softened garlic, rosemary, thyme, oilve oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Add in the milk just enough to make the right consistency.
- FInally add in the half and half cream.
- Mix well.
