  • French bread, toasted | 8.00 slice, medium
  • Mushrooms,Portable Cap | 4.00 oz
  • Mushrooms, oyster, raw | 1.00 cup sliced
  • White mushrooms raw | 4.00 oz
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 cup
  • Margarine, regular, hard, soybean hydrogenated | 6.00 tbsp
  • Parsley, raw | 1.00 tbsp
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. Make sure all the mushrooms are sliced, garlic cloves are crushed; set them aside.
  2. In a frying pan, melt the margarine, put garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds.
  3. Then add the mushrooms and cook again, mixing occasionally for 5 minutes.
  4. Toast the bread slices under a moderately heated grill for 3 minutes, turning once. Transfer the toasts to a serving plate.
  5. Add parsley into the mushrooms, mix well and season to taste.
  6. Spoon the mushroom mixture over toasts and serve at once.
