- Make sure all the mushrooms are sliced, garlic cloves are crushed; set them aside.
- In a frying pan, melt the margarine, put garlic and stir fry for 30 seconds.
- Then add the mushrooms and cook again, mixing occasionally for 5 minutes.
- Toast the bread slices under a moderately heated grill for 3 minutes, turning once. Transfer the toasts to a serving plate.
- Add parsley into the mushrooms, mix well and season to taste.
- Spoon the mushroom mixture over toasts and serve at once.
