Ingredients

  • Shrimp, raw | 0.50 lb
  • Olive oil | 2.00 tablespoon
  • Garlic, raw | 1.00 tbsp, chopped
  • Spices, bay leaf | 1.00 whole
  • Cayenne pepper | 0.25 tsp
  • Parsley, raw | 1.00 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a skillet. Add garlic, bay leaf and cayenne pepper. Stir for a minute or until fragrant and garlic is slightly softened.
  2. Add shrimp and stir until just cooked through, for about 3 minutes You want the shrimp opaque and still crunchy/tender, so do not over cook.
  3. Sprinkle parsley over it and season to taste.
  4. Remove bay leaf before serving.
