  1. Pour some water in a cocktail shaker, add sugar and stir till it dissolves.
  2. Add mint leaves into the shaker; press them with a muddler to release extracts.
  3. Crush some ice with a wooden hammer.
  4. Add crushed ice and gin to the cocktail shaker, cover its lid and shake well for 20 seconds so that it mixes.
  5. Strain into a wine goblet, garnish with a mint sprig and serve.
