Ingredients

  • Canola oil | 1.00 tbsp
  • Garlic, raw | 2.00 whole head
  • Ginger root, raw | 4.00 tsp
  • Broccoli, raw | 2.00 cup chopped
  • Drinking tap water | 1.50 fl oz
  • Fish sauce | 1.00 tbsp
  • Balsamic vinegar | 1.00 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and minced ginger and cook until fragrant but not browned, 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  3. Add broccoli crowns chopped and cook, stirring, until the broccoli is bright green, 2 minutes.
  4. Drizzle water and fish sauce over the broccoli; reduce heat to medium, cover and cook until the broccoli is just tender, about 3 minutes.
  5. Stir in vinegar just before serving.
  6. Serve warm.
