Ingredients

  • Cauliflower, raw | 1.00 head small 4" dia.
  • Hot green chilli peppers, raw | 1.00 pepper
  • Ginger root, raw | 1.00 slices 1" dia
  • Onions raw | 1.00 small
  • Oil, soybean | 3.00 tbsp
  • Cilantro, Fresh, Chopped | 0.13 oz
  • Salt | 1.00 dash
  • Spices, pepper, black | 1.00 dash

Instructions

  1. Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch florets; cut the chili in lengthways; peel and slice the ginger; chop the onion. Heat the wok and then heat the oil in it. Now put the garlic, onion and chili, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  2. Then stir the cauliflower and seasoning, mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes at a low heat. Now put the coriander and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Drizzle over the lemon juice and mix well.
  4. Serve 'Ginger Cauliflower' at once.
