- Cut the cauliflower into 1-inch florets; cut the chili in lengthways; peel and slice the ginger; chop the onion. Heat the wok and then heat the oil in it. Now put the garlic, onion and chili, stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Then stir the cauliflower and seasoning, mix well, cover and cook for 5 minutes at a low heat. Now put the coriander and cook for 3 minutes.
- Drizzle over the lemon juice and mix well.
- Serve 'Ginger Cauliflower' at once.
